Position: Application Support Analyst III - Epic Research Analyst
Location: Remote (Must work PST hours, 08: 00 - 16: 30 M-F)
Contract Type and Duration: 12 Months
Role Overview:
The Epic Research Analyst will be responsible for research study builds within the client's environment. This position does not involve handling incident tickets or performing build tasks for upgrades.
Daily Job Duties:
Conduct research study builds in Epic.
Collaborate with team members to support research functionalities without Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), as the client operates in a manually managed environment.
Participate in occasional team meetings or status updates, as required, while ensuring productivity during client business hours.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an analyst, with specific experience in Epic research functionalities.
Certifications: Must hold Epic certifications in Research Clinical and Research Billing.
The client is specifically looking for a candidate experienced in environments without CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System). Position may require handling manual processes for research studies as the client operates without a CTMS.
